The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is issuing this solicitation as a request for proposal ("RFP") for one (1) Vacuum - Truck.
By submitting a proposal, the Offeror represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFP, including all attachments and addenda, and agrees to be bound by them.
