DIRECT AWARD DETERMINATION:

The West Virginia Purchasing Division has been requested to approve a Direct Award to Tyler Technologies to provide iasWorld Maintenance and Support, by the agency, the West Virginia Tax Division.

Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Purchasing Division is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement.
