Reference #DHHS-FFS-CYFS-2701. Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals for DHHS CYFS Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver Program Support and Service Coordination (CLTS) with an expected start date of service implementation as April 1, 2027. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process. Existing agencies do not need to reapply. Project closes Nov 11, 2026 4:00 PM CST.
