Solicitation #ITB SU0-6734. Issued by FAS - Purchasing. GENERAL The City of Seattle is seeking a reliable source of supply for small single and multi-jet cold water meters that will deliver metering services to Seattle retail ratepayers at the lowest life-cycle cost. Manufacturers sought include Zenner-PMN and Master Meter-BLMJ or their "Approved Equals". Meters furnished shall be new and complete, frost-proof units conforming in all details to AWWA Standards C708 for multi-jet types and C712 for single jet types and current amendments thereto. The City has held a successful contract for these goods since 2018. However, the current contract has reached the end of its usable life and all extensions have been exhausted. Therefore, the City is returning to the marketplace to solicit bids for these goods. In 2025, the City collectively spent approximately $345,000 on these goods.
