Solicitation #RFQ# CD 2026-003. Issued by Finance and Administrative Services. The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) Generators Assessment. Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. FAS-CD is planning to conduct a comprehensive Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) generator systems condition assessment to identify any deficiencies, which includes the existing generators and their related ancillary equipment. This assessment is expected to conclude with a final deliverable report that includes information about the systems’ deficiencies, the proposed solutions, anticipated construction cost estimates, and a proposed design and construction phasing work plan.
