Project Description: SPR is requesting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the Green Lake Community Center Renovation and New Aquatics Center. This is a phased project that includes preconstruction services and construction of a new aquatics center, replacement of the existing play area and renovation of the existing community center.
