Solicitation #2025-047. Issued by Office of Labor Standards. The City of Seattle is seeking proposals for the Office of Labor Standards' Community Outreach and Education Fund (COEF). Selected consultants will conduct outreach and education with persons who work in Seattle. Proposals are due no later than 5:30 pm on February 12, 2026.
