Solicitation #RFQ 2025-015. Issued by Finance and Administrative Services. The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Seattle Justice Center Weatherization Project. Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. FAS=CD is planning to conduct a comprehensive Seattle Justice Center Building envelope condition assessment to identify the physical deficiencies, plan and execute the recommended repairs and maintenance scopes over a phased timetable. Consultant to develop and perform a whole building weatherization program with scope broken into phases, with cost estimates and potential schedules related to those scopes of work summaries.
