Solicitation #2025-030. Issued by Police Department. The City of Seattle is seeking proposals for Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Proposal for Seattle Police Department. Proposals are due no later than 9:00 am on Monday, April 14, 2025. All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The Seattle Police Department seeks proposals from experienced and qualified advertising firms to design, implement and manage a comprehensive social media and advertising campaign aimed at recruiting and hiring police officers. The majority of the content for the campaign will be provided by the Seattle Police Department, new content may be created upon request. The Seattle Police Department faces a critical need to enhance public safety by increasing its police force. The City is launching a recruitment campaign to attract high-quality candidates for police officer positions through targeted social media, digital, and print (e.g. banners, posters) advertising. The successful firm will also create a female focused marketing campaign to drive SPD’s commitment to the 30 X 30 Initiative. The ultimate goal is to drive awareness, interest, and applications from qualified individuals. Budget has been allocated for Police Recruitment marketing efforts for a one-year contract with the possibility of extension for a second year.
