The City of Seattle is seeking Proposals for a Mobile Parking Payment Service, to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle, no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The services procured in this RFP consist of qualified vendors to provide mobile parking payment services that enable customers to pay for on-street public parking and commercial load zones via mobile device and other web-connected services.
