The purpose of this solicitation is find a qualified vendor to fabricate an Electrofishing Vessel and include the associated items detailed in the specifications and scope of work section and the bid form. The vessel will be located at Seattle City Light’s Boundary Powerhouse location in Pend Oreille County. Electrofishing is a technique used by fish biologists to collect fish in freshwater streams, rivers, and lakes. This tool uses an electric field, emitted from a pulser, to temporarily stun fish. The fish can then be collected via dip net for identification.
