Official description
Solicitation #CL0-6135 Re-Bid. Issued by FAS - Purchasing. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids from interested and qualified Vendors to provide Live Line and Non-Live Line Tools to City departments. The awarded contract(s) will also include inspection, maintenance, calibration, and/or repair of both warranty and non-warranty Live Line Tools. The contracted Vendor(s) will actively engage with manufacturers for information on replacement parts and/or validation or verification on new parts. The previous contract 2740 for new tools expired June 30, 2022, the previous 12-months spend on contract 2740 was $440k. This will also replace the current contract 5363 for tool repairs, the 2023 spend was $280k.
