The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit bids from interested and qualified vendors to provide ball valve pressure testing and refurbishment services. The City anticipates spending approximately $125,000 yearly for these services and the resulting Contract(s) will be for use by all City Departments, but the primary user is Seattle Public Utilities (SPU).
