Official description
Solicitation #ITB#CL0-4454. Issued by FAS - Purchasing. SCL is seeking a vendor to manufacture and install a floating debris boom on Gorge Reservoir to protect the facility from higher debris inflows expected following recent wildfires in the area. This project is federally funded by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources and Conservation Service and is subject to the requirements of the USDA Grant and the associated Terms and Conditions as specified in Attachments D and E, which are in addition to the City's Terms and Conditions, Attachment A. "USDA is an equal opportunity provider, employer, and lender.”
