Pierce County is seeking proposals from qualified non-profit organization(s) to establish or maintain a network of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) farmers and producers in Pierce County who produce fresh and healthy food for food banks. The objective of this project is to facilitate the growth and development of BIPOC farmers in the county by providing them with resources, technical assistance, infrastructure support for programmatic and organizations structures, and networking opportunities.
