Official description
Solicitation #2024-ITB-616. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Timber sale of all timber designated for removal at Pierce County’s Orangegate Park (4605 84th St E, Tacoma, WA 98466) in Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 3 East, W.M, containing 12 acres, more or less. All timber described in Schedule A of Timber Sale Contract for Unit #1 (Commercial Thinning); marked with orange paint (excluding snags) in Unit #2 (Right-of-Way (ROW)); and additional trees needed for skid trail locations between Units 1 and 2 as approved by the Contract Administrator will be cut, removed, and hauled off-site by successful bidder. No downed timber may be removed. Old growth stumps (stumps over 3’ diameter) may not be removed or damaged.
