Solicitation #2024-AHP-Expansion of Emergency Shelter NOFA. Issued by Human Services. Pierce County is seeking an organization to support the expansion of existing emergency shelters in Pierce County. Consistent with Pierce County’s Comprehensive Plan to End Homelessness, the goal of this NOFA is to increase the number of emergency shelter beds and shelter capacity in Pierce County by providing funding for the expansion of existing emergency shelter facilities.
