Solicitation #2024-RFP-529. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County (hereafter known as the “County”) is soliciting proposals for a shared risk, and performance-based contract to provide on-site Health Care Services to pre-trial detainees and inmates of the Pierce County Jail (PC Jail). Medical services are defined as all legally required, medically necessary services to include dental, pharmacy, routine mental health screening and prescribing, pharmacy (both medical and mental health), and necessary outpatient and inpatient services. Medical Services are provided in the booking area of the new jail, the jail clinic and in various housing units within two jail facilities.
