PCFM's M&O Division is charged with the (preventive) maintenance & repair services of the Sprinker Recreation Center's Ice Rink; and inasmuch as same system & its component elements are of a specialized refrigeration & ammonia-based nature, it is imperative that the County outsource the subject, on-call services from specialized contractors.
