Solicitation #23-013-Homeless-Shelter Access Hub. Issued by Human Services. Pierce County (hereafter known as “the County”) is seeking proposals for a Shelter Access Hub to provide shelter access services to homeless households in Pierce County. This NOFA includes funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Homeless - Document Recording Fees (DRF). This is a one-time funding opportunity to make the biggest impact for homeless households in Pierce County.
