Solicitation #2023-ITB-491. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. This project provides for the improvement of 304th Street East by adding a 2-inch overlay of the road from 73rd Avenue East to Webster Road East. Work will include bridge deck resurfacing of Bridge #5174-A, guardrail replacement, flexible guideposts, and all other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
