Solicitation #2023-RFP-429. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County Planning and Public Works is seeking proposals from a qualified concessionaire interested in planning, executing, scheduling, advertising, and holding an aviation event. We anticipate the event to feature aerial demonstrations and static displays such as military aircraft/displays, antique aircraft, general aviation aircraft, vintage cars and motorcycles (note: we do NOT want a car show), jet cars, or alternatives. The event may also feature food and other merchandise vendors; live entertainment is optional. Event attendance is estimated at 3,000 to 5,000 people.
