Solicitation #23-001-CDBG-PF24. Issued by Human Services. Pierce County Human Services is soliciting applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Public Facilities Projects to provide funding for eligible public facilities projects that benefit low-income communities and/or low-income people, such as water/sewer and/or street improvements, property acquisition, and neighborhood facilities. This is for program year 2024 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025). Priority will be given to agencies requesting two-hundred fifty thousand ($250,000) or more. It is anticipated that no more than four projects will be awarded funds. Projects must be ready to start within ninety (90) days of contract execution and completed within twenty-four (24) months.
