Solicitation #2023-RFP-385. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County Government Relations is seeking a firm or individual (hereinafter known as “Consultant”) interested in representing Pierce County’s legislative interests at the state level. The Consultant will act in liaison with and report activities to the Executive or their designee, who helps coordinate Pierce County’s lobbying efforts. Essential duties will include monitoring and analyzing pending legislation and making recommendations regarding responses to legislative proposals that affect the County’s operations.
