Pipeline Trail Phase 1 shared use trail construction

Solicitation #2023-MPW-306. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Construct 1.6 miles of a new regional shared use trail with adjacent soft surface trail; utility service road and residential driveway improvements; new trailhead including access road, standard vehicle parking lot, equestrian trailer parking lot, restroom building, connecting trails and pedestrian bridge, environmental mitigation, electrical, stormwater, domestic water, on-site septic, landscaping and irrigation improvements. The proposed work includes all necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor and related items to construct the facility and improvements to the property located in Pierce County, WA as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Work generally includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, temporary construction fencing, temporary erosion and sediment control, existing vegetation protection, clearing and grubbing, demolition, stormwater drainage improvements, domestic water service improvements, on-site septic improvements, electrical service and connections, prefabricated restroom building foundation pad preparation for installation by others, premanufactured pedestrian bridge installation, earthwork, concrete paving, asphalt paving, gravel surfacing, frontage improvements, parking lot striping, signage, irrigation, planting and site cleanup.
