Solicitation #HOUSING-AHP-23-001. Issued by Human Services. Pierce County intends to contract with qualified organizations for the following funding based on successful proposals: Funding from the 1406 Affordable Housing Sales Tax Fund (1406), 2060 Affordable Housing Document Recording Fee Fund Program (2060), and the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), is made available to support the development and preservation of affordable housing in Pierce County.
The amounts listed are anticipated funding amounts. At its discretion the County reserves the right to change the anticipated funding amounts included in this NOFA.
