Solicitation #2023-RFQ-148. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County Parks and Recreation is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the process and creation of a new master plan for Gonyea Playfield. Work includes leading County staff, stakeholders and the public through a master planning process for Gonyea Playfield. The master plan will include robust public outreach (in multiple languages), preparation of and presentation of conceptual designs, and result in a publicly vetted master plan and report sufficient for adoption by Pierce County Council. Master plan will include a phasing plan, ROM costing by phase, schedule projections by phase, public outreach summary, topographic survey, and geo/environmental analysis. Additionally, consultant will assist with grant writing and materials preparation and submission for the 2024 Washington State RCO grant round.
