Solicitation #2023-PE-098. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. PCHS is looking for a company with Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) experience, to work with us to conduct a qualitative assessment of our community. This work would include holding focus group sessions with key communities within our service area to identify community needs, resources, equity of current services, and what services gaps exist. Our service area includes all of Pierce County, outside the city limits of Tacoma. (They receive the same type of funding and have programs specifically for residents of Tacoma.) This work must be completed, and the report provided within 8 to 10 weeks.
