Solicitation #2023-RFP-087. Issued by Parks and Recreation. The Pierce County Parks and Recreation Services Department (PCP&R) acquires, deposes of and manages real estate and personal property for public use and open space purposes and is in need of property appraisal services. Such properties can include but are not limited to: fee simple purchases; partial property interests such as easements, conservation easements, development-rights purchases; leases and residential or commercial rentals, and services that establish just compensation under Washington State eminent domain procedures.
