Solicitation #2022-PE-061. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. IVR appointment services. IVR is an automated appointment scheduling system that allows clients to call and schedule a phone appointment to have their application taken. The system keeps a calendar of all the appointments and allows customers to call and monitor the progress of their application. Active Telesource Inc not only provides this service but they also provide a unique service as they print and mail out the applications once completed.
