The purpose of this bid is to secure the services of a qualified general contractors with expertise in all phases of site construction as required to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform a variety of earthwork and paving services projects on Pierce County Parks properties and on trails managed by the Parks department on County Right of Way or easements, throughout Pierce County.
