Solicitation #2026-RFQ-039. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County is intending to hire multiple firms that are capable and qualified to provide environmental consulting services including but not limited to: biological, wetland, stream, geological, hydrogeomorphological, wildlife, hazardous material assessment, landscape architectural, air, noise, and cultural resources support to County staff with design and permitting of projects to avoid, minimize, and mitigate environmental impacts and achieve surface water management, water quality, flood control, and aquatic restoration projects that protect, restore and enhance fish and wildlife, wetlands, riparian areas, and other environmentally sensitive areas.
