Solicitation #2025-RFP-101 Rebid. Issued by Planning and Public Works. The purpose of this RFP is to select a consultant to assist Pierce County (hereafter known as ‘the County’) to develop a floodplain structural mitigation strategy for the Horse Haven Development in the Puyallup River floodplain. The floodplain structural mitigation strategy is comprised of floodplain analysis review, building structural analysis, structural mitigation (including acquisition and elevation), property owner relocation negotiations, and restoration planning.
