Solicitation #24-003-CDBG-PF25. Issued by Human Services. Pierce County Human Services is soliciting applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Public Facilities Projects to provide funding for eligible projects that benefit low-income communities and/or low-income people, such as water/sewer and/or street improvements, property acquisition, and neighborhood facilities (this is not an all-inclusive list). This is for program year 2025 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). Priority will be given to agencies requesting two-hundred fifty thousand ($250,000) or more. It is anticipated that no more than four projects will be awarded funding.
