Official description
Solicitation #2024-RFP-806. Issued by Economic Development. Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') seeks portfolio submissions from individual artists or a team of artists to be considered for the creation of a large-scale mural at the Pierce County Elections Center located west of the Pierce County Annex building. The mural will visually connect community members from the street scape toward the entrance of the Pierce County Elections Center and serve as a welcoming emblem for all who want to participate in the electoral process. This project is funded through Pierce County’s 1% for Arts Program.
