Solicitation #2024-ITB-830. Issued by Parks and Recreation. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a qualified general contractor with expertise of all phases of construction to perform a variety of facility modification projects, repairs and other construction projects in various parks sites, infrastructure, and buildings throughout Pierce County.
The General Construction Services include, but are not limited to, labor, carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors, windows, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, etc.
