Solicitation #2024-RFQ-765. Issued by Planning and Public Works. Pierce County is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing a preliminary engineering design for the County Road Project, CRP 5111. The qualified firm will design pedestrian improvements along B Street E from 192 Street E to 176 Street E (see Exhibit A). The project is funded through State legislative appropriations and the improvements will consist of a cement concrete curb, gutter, and 6’ sidewalk on both sides of the road, with adjustments to the crown of the road as needed.
