Official description
Solicitation #2024-ITB-749. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a single vendor and establish (2) two contracts for repair and maintenance of HVAC Components in all Pierce County owned and leased buildings. The Contractor is expected to safely and professionally provide repair, scheduled inspection, and maintenance services for the heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems for Pierce County. This work will be performed at various locations within Pierce County in conjunction with the County’s needs to ensure these systems are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
