Special Facilities and Sole Source Procurement Exemption with an estimated value of $35,000 for replacement pumps and parts and off-site repair for Sulzer pumps. Sulzer pumps and parts are the only components compatible with the existing wastewater systems. The vendor is the sole source distributor of Sulzer pumps and parts. No on-site work will be authorized under this exemption, only off-site repair of pumps and parts.
