CUES brand components and parts are the only components compatible with the existing equipment manufactured by CUES, Inc. The vendor is the sole source distributor of CUES, Inc. parts. The services in this procurement exemption are off-site repairs of equipment only - no on-site work is included.
Vendors who wish to protest this procurement exemption must describe how they can provide the required services and proprietary components or suitable alternative with matching specifications.
