Solicitation #2024-ITB-737. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. The work proposed includes replacing the existing MXL Siemens panel and management stations equipment with the Siemens XLS platform or equal, including all necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to upgrade the fire alarm system in the County-City Building located at 930 Tacoma Ave. S. Tacoma, WA 98402, the Main Jail located at 910 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, WA 98402, and the 02 Jail located at 701 Nollmeyer Lane, Tacoma WA 98402. The contractor is responsible for any bidder design, specialty, or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in the bid.
