Employee assistance and substance abuse program services

Solicitation #2024-RFP-738. Issued by Procurement and Contract Division. Pierce County is soliciting proposals for the following combined services:

Part I. Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Comprehensive Services Pierce County is soliciting proposals for the provision of Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) comprehensive services, in compliance with state and federal guidelines, under the County's drug and alcohol testing program. The Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services would include, but not limited to the evaluation, coordination of referrals, development of a rehabilitation program, monitoring and release for the employee and reporting to Pierce County. These services may vary for DOT and Non-DOT referrals.

Part II. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services Pierce County is soliciting proposals for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services which includes the provision of initial consultation and referral services to employees of Pierce County and their eligible dependents; for the training and orientation of managers and supervisors on utilizing the consultation and referral service; for the orientation of our employees on the County’s Employee Assistance Program; the function and confidentiality of the consultation and referral service, all as part of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
