PROJECT: WY NP YELL 10(24), Grand Loop Road Norris to Golden Gate, Phase 3 LOCATION: 0.4 miles SW of Mammoth, WY WORK: The work consists of 4R roadway reconstruction, excavation, blasting, rock scaling, embankment, draining improvements, parking area improvements, roadside improvements, retaining wall construction, stone masonry, utility relocation, waterline construction, boardwalk construction, obliteration, base aggregate, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, striping, and signage.
