The successful offeror is an NMACC Ill contract holder. The firm fixed price award is to design and construct a new fuel pier and major cutter mooring at USCG Base Kodiak, AK. The project includes Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) removal, waterfront improvements, a new fueling utility building, utilities, cutter shore ties, and other site amenities.
