This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0040626Q0395-0002 is issued as a?request for quotation (RFQ) for?services to re-purpose five (5) existing Utility Floats to create an anchored small boat utilizing the SeaFlex Mooring System for Naval Station Everett. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
