Request for Proposal -N4523A26R1305 CALIBRATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE BALANCES AND WEIGHING DEVICES DEADLINE FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Tuesday, September 15th at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PDT) Please submit your proposal, along with the rest of the solicitation requirements in the current solicitation, no later than 15 Sept 2026 by 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time via email to Kenny Vilayvong at (on the official posting), & Jacqueline Edgerton at (on the official posting) Proposals submitted after solicitation closing will not be considered. Solicitation questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Kenny Vilayvong at (on the official posting), & Jacqueline Edgerton at (on the official posting), no later than 28 Aug 2025, 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Standard Time. NOTE: Late offers will be handled in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. No facsimile submissions will be accepted. Proposals are due by 15 Sept 2026 by 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Please review and submit proposals and detailed in attached combined synopsis. See attached PWS for requirments of the service. *Update 9/9/26: Solicitation due date extended from 9/8/26 9:00AM PDT to 9/15/26 9:00am PDT. Attachment included of make and models. Period of performance (POP) shifted to accommodate changes in proposal due date.
