Response Due 8/25/2026 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time TIME ZONE (PACIFIC) WEST COAST USA Please reference this solicitation number SPMYM226Q0174 - SWITCH, DELAY in the subject line of your email. The solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314. Requested Delivery date will be adjusted at time of the award. The FSC Code is 5930 and the NAICS code is 335313 ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. Only fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation will be considered. Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received after the time specified for receipt of offers is considered late. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Firms interested in submitting offers must: 1)complete the pricing, 2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, 3) provide manufacturer information of proposed items, 4) return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, 5) ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov) MULTIPLE QUOTES FROM THE SAME COMPANY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Offerors are required to submit TRACEABILITY DOCUMENTATION to show how their quotation meets the required specifications.
