Solicitation #ITB-202273. Issued by Fire. The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide Custom Chassis 1500 GMP Pumper. The City of Winchester reserves the right to add, modify or delete from this list at any time during the original term and any subsequent renewals without penalty or default. This Invitation to Bid (ITB), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
Contract Term: The contract term shall be a period of three (3) years from the date of award.
