Official description
Solicitation #ITB-202268. Issued by Public Services. The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide the installation of door hardware and lock replacement services. The City of Winchester reserves the right to add, modify or delete from this list at any time during the original term and any subsequent renewals without penalty or default. This Invitation to Bid (ITB), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held promptly at the time and location on the date indicated herein. Proposals received from Respondents who were not in attendance at this meeting will not be accepted. Contract Term: The contract term shall be a period of one (1) year from the date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. The parties understand and agree that the City, at its sole option, may renew this Contract for: None.
