Solicitation #RFP-202266. Issued by Winchester-Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau. Purpose: The purpose of this solicitation is to select one firm to conduct all aspects of the marketing plan as detailed in the Scope of Services below. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Term of Contract: The original contract term shall be from date of award until December 31, 2024. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor.
